It offers ten programs in clinical medicine,
biotechnology, medical imaging, stomatology, TCM,
pharmacology, science of law, nursing, English and
pharmaceutics.
It
is one of the 14 autonomous institutes sponsored by the
leading state universities in the province, accredited
by the state Education Ministry, and their enrollment is
assigned by the provincial Education Bureau. It is a
self-financing organ but administered by North China
Coal Medical College. Its teaching program is designed
by North China Coal Medical College, and all its courses
are taught by the college's teachers. Its students enjoy
the same opportunities to obtain scholarship and stipend
as those in other campuses, and they, too, are granted
the diplomas of the Ji- Tang Institute and the
bachelor's degree after they have successfully completed
the due courses and met other requirements.
